"The unexamined life is not worth living." - Socrates
QUOTING
ON QUOTES … THE UNEXAMINED LIFE … “The unexamined life is not worth living.” –
Socrates. This is another favourite. Life that is not evaluated, examined or
assessed is not fit to be called life. The examination/evaluation of a life
should follow with new strategies to take it to the next level. An unexamined
life is like having a soccer team that loses game after game with the coach and
players not making an attempt to evaluate their performances and redo their
game plans as well changing their training sessions to stop the losing “streak”
and start winning. The individual who does not evaluate or examine his/her
progress in whatever s/he is doing is as bad as a losing team. Look at the
grades that are on your transcript/certificate. If they are poor, start making
plans to change habits/routines so that you can get better grades in the future.
You cannot continue to get those poor grades and act as if everything is okay. That
is not life. (Picture from www.runofplay.com/blog)
